While we continue to follow Government guidance closely, I want to update you on our business approach and how I intend to protect our customers, suppliers and the wider Portakabin business.
Although we are reaching out to our customers and suppliers using technology, we have also put in place the necessary precautions to enable us to deliver our services and expertise safely in person.
Globally, we are all still a long way from “returning to normal” and it’s incredibly important we manage any return to our locations across the UK and Europe carefully so that we can guarantee we do so in a safe and controlled manner.
Portakabin prides itself on face-to-face, personal meetings with our customers, suppliers and employees alike; a working practice that we know allows us to deliver a market-leading service. While this has not always been possible during the lockdown in each country we operate in, it is something that defines us.
The safety of our customers, suppliers and employees remains paramount and as restrictions are slowly and gradually lifted, we will begin the process to return to our offices to deliver the customer service we are renowned for while at the same time, ensuring we do not compromise on safety.
